Usage - once a day for 2.5months Even though I used electric pump for most of the time, this one helped me in relieving clogged ducts. The suction power is better than most electric ones sold in India (Philips, LuvLap etc). The pump attachment can also be set to attach to Dr.Brown bottles neck (which I used to attach and store milk). Picture shows the diaphragm and o ring intact. These are what holds the strong suction. Reason for selling - baby weaned off and is having solids.
