NO parts are missing, it's colour is changed because of sterilization. It's used only a few times only when the baby wasn't suckling. There are bottles only one is used frequently, you can buy new nipples for them, one is untouched, 2 are gently used. If you need a breast pump and want to save money for bottles and breast pads i will suggest buying this..
