Features 2 individual reclining seats, harnesses, canopies, safety bar, footrests, storage baskets, swivel front wheels, rear brakes, and foldable frame. Orange/black design, ideal for twins or two young children. Small cushion hole has been neatly stitched. Some rust is present underneath from storage/use but does not affect usability. B146
