Transport-Worthy Packaging
Damage Protection
Proper Labeling
Seller Responsibility Guidelines

Sellers are responsible to do transport-worthy packaging to ensure the product stays safe during transit. Seller will be liable for any damage arising due to improper packing. While we're working to make packaging simpler in the future, here are a few important guidelines:

Preparation Guidelines

Clean & Dismantle Products

Please clean and dismantle (if applicable) the product before packing.

Packaging Materials

Preferred Packaging Options

Original Packaging Material

Use original packing-material when available

Cardboard Boxes

Suitable cardboard box (preferred alternative)

Bubble Wrap & Packaging Paper

Multiple layering of bubble wrap and packaging paper on top

Where to Get Packaging Materials

You can get boxes & other packing material on Blinkit, at stationery or nearby scrap stores.

You can use old shoe boxes, diaper boxes, appliance cartons, or gift boxes.

Additionally, you can add paper padding between product & box/bubble wrap for extra protection.

Lightweight Items Exception

For lightweight/soft items (baby clothes, maternity wear, toys without fragile parts, etc) a non-transparent plastic flyer or courier cover is acceptable.

Packaging Requirements

Package Specifications

The package should be non-transparent & securely sealed with shipping label attached on top.

Each order must be packed separately in one box with their correct shipping label attached.

Avoid attaching multiple labels on one package.

Important Restrictions

Do not tie two boxes together using ropes or tape.

If you're combining multiple orders in one box or splitting one order into multiple boxes, please inform the IPF Help Centre in advance so we can update the tracking accordingly.

Special Cases

Dismantling Required Products

If dismantling is required (like for cribs/strollers/bigger products), kindly record a dismantling video and pack small parts in a separate pouch/box inside the main package.

Documentation Requirements

Required Videos

Please keep a packaging video with shipping label clearly visible.

For electronics or functional products, do capture a functionality video before packing.

Personal Touch

Including a short note or message for the next parent is always appreciated!
